Live Blood Analysis Results: My Moment of Truth

Live Blood Analysis Results: My Moment of Truth

Aug 04, 2023

Have you ever had your finger pricked to obtain a drop of blood for a test? An amazing amount of health information can be determined by collecting a drop of blood from a fingerstick. However, the ability to actually view a fresh sample of this capillary blood requires very special equipment and expertise. I had this very analysis done recently - and the results were shocking! This motivational post shares my personal journey of accountability, tough realizations, and lessons learned from this eye-opening health experience.

A Special Invitation

My home was transformed into a Live Blood Analysis Clinic for a day. About a dozen people came through for the chance to have their fresh capillary blood analyzed. I was one of the lucky individuals seen.

Initial Research

There was a surprisingly small amount of research on PubMed.gov on the subject of Live Blood Analysis. However, I did find a fascinating paper from the scientific journal, Advances in Integrative Medicine called: Fresh capillary blood analysis using darkfield microscopy as a tool for screening nutritional deficiencies of iron and cobalamin (vitamin B12): A validity study. The study aimed to validate the use of fresh capillary blood analysis under darkfield microscopy (FCB-DM), also known as live blood analysis, as a screening tool for nutritional deficiencies of iron and vitamin B12. The results of the microscopic exam was compared to standard blood tests from the same individuals.

Why Was I So Excited About This Analysis?

As surprising as this may be - I had a Live Blood Analysis done at a medical convention about 25 years ago. I was thrilled to get a chance to see how the appearance of my blood had changed over the years. This was a truly unique opportunity for me. It was also a chance to see how the interpretation of objects on the slide may have changed since my first analysis.

My Results

When the picture of my blood popped up onto the monitor, I was HORRIFIED!!! Instead of the happy, independent red blood cells that danced around in my plasma decades ago, my cells were sticky, clumping, and barely able to move in the little bit of fluid that was present. Other changes were present as well. However, they were totally overshadowed by the state of my oxygen carriers!

Reflections

You can fool yourself - you can fool your taste buds - but you can't fool your body!

I've been living on the edge. I was one chance occurrence away from DISASTER! I have a lot of medical knowledge, but that doesn't mean I'm immune from making poor diet and lifestyle choices. This was a sobering wake-up call.

Takeaways

There is an epidemic of bad health decisions and behaviors these days. I saw this in a whole new way as blood sample after blood sample flashed onto the big screen. In fact, about 80% of the people that day showed evidence of serious dehydration!

People ask me for health advice daily. They often seek my recommendations for supplements or other natural remedies for their conditions - and then commiserate about the expense. However, the basic, fundamental lifestyle changes that will absolutely make the difference in their lives are FREE! Job #1 - get your water and food intake right! Supplements may help . . . but you can't out-supplement a bad diet!!!

I am TOTALLY THANKFUL for the investments I have made into world-class nutritional supplements and a water ionizing machine. Without them, I don't think I would even be alive right now!

I'm looking forward to having my blood analyzed again in a few months after increasing my water intake. I'm sure it will look much improved! This experience was the urgent "moment of truth" I needed to get back on track with my health.

Don't let your moment of truth be a stroke or a heart attack, or worse!

Improve Your Health For FREE

This list is by no means exhaustive - but it will serve you well if applied!

  1. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day.
  2. Eat low carb. A simple way to start - Avoid the white foods (bread, pasta, rice, etc.)
  3. Eat protein and produce.
  4. Intermittent fasting. (Your gut needs rest, too!)
  5. Keep your blood moving - deep breathing, stretching, walking, sunshine, grounding, hot and cold showers, etc. No studio or membership required! Be creative!
  6. Minimize screen time.
  7. Avoid stress as much as possible!

Investing In Your Health Journey

When opportunities come to invest money on your health, I consider 5 Levels of priority. In my opinion, people make two huge mistakes with their health dollars. First, they make purchases from a higher level - say, Level 5 - before the foundation of their health is built. The second mistake is not giving enough time for their new strategy to work. They expect years of abuse and cellular damage to be reversed in a couple of weeks. By skipping the basics and limiting the “trial period”, they are more likely to get sup-optimal results. Then they may feel their money was wasted - or worse - that they were “scammed”! If you are thinking of a financial investment into your health, decide and budget for at least 3 to 6 months of consistent use. Then you are able to determine with clarity if this is something you will continue.

Use these 5 steps as a quick guide for prioritizing your health expenditures.

  1. Stop adding fuel to the fire! Avoid inflammatory, toxin-filled, processed food, as well as water from taps or plastic bottles. Invest, if possible, in organic farm-to-table foods, and water ionizing devices.
  2. Give your body the essential building blocks it needs. Make sure you complete your body’s micronutrient requirements with high quality supplements.
  3. Quench the fire of chronic inflammation in your cells. Anti-Inflammatories and antioxidants are key.
  4. Microbiome Wars - give the good bacteria a fighting chance! Increase your prebiotics and probiotics.
  5. Once you have covered the basics, the sky’s the limit! . . . . So many options! Essential oils, herbal tinctures, EMF protection, blue-blocker lenses, infrared light devices, and more!

What about holistic diagnostic testing, such as Live Blood Analysis, Iridology, Tongue Analysis, Bioelectric Scans, etc.? If you have a trusted expert conducting and interpreting these tests, I believe you can gain great insight into the health of your body. If you take action on the recommendations, and see improvements upon re-testing, you now have a guide with added internal reliability - and the return on your investment will be immeasurable!
